Suspension ?

Hey guys I was wanting to go with 6in suspension 2in body on my 72 K20 to clear 38.5's on the front and Im running a bb 454 how much is that boat anchor gonna squat that end? should I go 8in on the front 2in body then just match the rear? Thanks guys Im new on the forum but I have been reading on it for awhile..

It's only ~200 pounds heavier than a small block. Go with a matching front and rear lift.

Don't forget, the rear of the truck sits two inches higher than the front. So, take that into accordance as well if you're looking to have the truck sit level.

I have a 6in lift and 2in body blocks on my 69 blazer, i am running 37x12.50 with a little room while on the road but anything twisty and the tires hit the fenders front and rear, i have blocks and a add a leaf on the rear. hope this helps.
