How would I Polish This to a Shine?
What would you use to polish one of those Chevrolet pieces on tailgates like these? Ive seen people make them shine almost like a polished aluminum.

Re: How would I Polish This to a Shine?
if you spent a whole lot of elbow grease you could make it shine exactly like polished aluminium cause it is aluminium

Re: How would I Polish This to a Shine?
Not sure if it's got anodizing on it or not (I assume it does)
If it does, you will want to strip that off first to make polishing MUCH easier and faster. You can use drain cleaner or a specific stripper....search removing anodizing on google or youtube as there are videos. Then it's just working from a coarser grit paper up to 3000 grit then polishing it with a buffer and polishing rouges.
