Cab progress (like deja vu)

After almost 4 years of jumping through hoops the cab is almost done...

and it even appears to be the right color this time

Sweet. Lots of nice mods, and a great color to boot. Nicely done.

Ken, that is turning out to be sweet. Glad you found a real body man this time, instead of the hack that lied to the board about how good he is.

Wow That is sweet. I noticed the front wheelwells enter the cab floor. You slamming it to the ground? Did you section an entire new sheet panel into the back of cab? Lets see some more detail pics of these mods

What paint are you using and what is the paint code?

My worry about going with blue is making sure the color looks just right as there seems to be so many shades or variations around. This is the shade of blue I am looking for.

Do you have the code and manufacture of paint?

Looks outstanding so far.

Regards,

Stacey

yup

how come you filled most the holes under the dash pad but not all of them?
also do you have a pick of the back wall from the inside? is it ribbed or smooth?

Holes under dashpad are still there to accommodate a dash pad going back on. The ones that are "missing" may just be skinned over. They'll all be hidden... in fact, the dash is actually supposed to be done in gray vinyl. The guy that squirted it didn't think about that at the time so it got colored too.

I don't have any inside back of cab shots handy but it is ribbed (for per pleasure? ). The outside has been skinned with a sheet of steel. We left the ribs in place to keep the back wall rigid.

Looks awesome. When you take it outside, I'd stand next to it with a shotgun and look for birds.
