The Price is Right!

Heres the deal, my neighbor has a 1987 chevrolet 1/2 ton long bed truck, Silverado, or what ever the highest option level was. Its a 2wd, with a 5.7 and a 700R4. This truck is cherry in every sence of the word, has 44,000 miles on it. It has been garage kept and just driven to church and then the store once a week. It looks like a brand new truck, the only problem is a little spot on the tail gate were the paint has gotten rubbed thin. So how much do you think this little jewl is worth? Anymore information needed?

Of course it depends on how bad someone wants it, but I think $7000 or so is in the ballpark.
