Twin hydraulic stiff legs with a "Big Foot" mounted between them Unit runs well, but does smoke. Could remount wrecker unit on another chassis or the frame would need to be reinforced. Several thousand dollars of towing accessories, grade 8 chain, snatch blocks,several sets of tow [winch out] hooks, tow lights, nice chain rack in one compartment, pintle hitch, one new spool of 5/8 x 250' fiber core cable. Twenty-two inch Dayton wheels. An excellent recovery unit for the money. Will consider reasonable offers.

I have a 1976 GMC 6500 dump truck. It has a big block V-eight gas engine.The transmission is a 5 speed with 2 speed rear ends. The engine runs strong and pulls a load pretty good. The gross wight is 35,400. I'm not using it right now so it just sits. It's a clean truck.

You're welcome. Every now and then I get a wild hair and decide to search for the bigger iron of Ma General's that is still out there. I don't generally post the square body bodyline medium dutys unless there is something unique about them, like the 427 powered tandem axle one above.

I would like to sell this 1953 GMC semi. It is a short wheelbase cabover with a 4 cylinder Detroit Diesel engine. It is not in running condition but it is complete. The tractor needs a complete restoration but it is all there. It would make a very cool car hauler or a street rod / hot rod. This cab on a different chassis as a Rat Rod would also be very cool.
