First Suburban - 1969 C-10
New to the forum, excited to read through all the advice as I take on this project. Needed a shop truck for my business and liked the idea of keeping the paint original, except for a new top I want to do in white. My body guy says I need to go "all in" on new body work, the rust in Florida is too difficult to control, so open to ideas for paint schemes, been enjoying all the posts here so far and see a lot of great trucks! Engine is original inline six, runs smooth. Old army truck, you can see the government serial numbers and inventory badges on the glovebox door. Also looking for a rear seat idea that I can fold forward for added storage when needed. Was told a dodge durango third row would work but maybe someone has done this and has advice?

Cool burb. A 73-91 2nd row seat out of a burb will fold flat. You will have to build a side mount for the back supports and shim the outer seat supports.
