Will replacing front leaf springs add any height?

I can't quite seem to get a good answer about this, ive got a 69 4x4, stock height and the front end has been looking a little low for my liking lately. ive got the 2 leaf springs on each side, and i was wondering if replacing them would be a good way to add just a little more height, because i don't want to mess around with lifts. could i upgrade to the 3 leafs in front, for the effect I'm looking for?
thanks guys, if anyone can refer me to where i could find these replacements that would be most appreciated. thanks!!
