my phone number is 417 699 4738 if anyone wants any further details

EDIT: david is still alive!we had received false info earlier but we find out now he is still alive but in critical condition, lets keep him and his family in your prayers

Glad to hear you are relatively okay. Sucks for the other guy but he brought it on himself. Sucks for your truck also.

You can say the Lord was in the driver seat in your truck! Dam that was one helluva hit especially that the metal on these things are not tin like Hondas and toyos. Well I am glad to see you are doing ok. Hope you heal up well and get plenty of rest.

Holy cr&p! Looking at dammage like that and the fact that you're still walking around makes me feel pretty safe in my old 68.
Glad you're ok, trucks can be replaced. Too bad about the other guy.

Take care,

Re: just totaled my 69 and almost totaled me

Sorry to hear about your accident. People still don't believe that drinking and driving is not a good thing. I am glad to see you will be ok and you will heal. Sheet metal, glass, and tires can be replaced. Sad to hear that David Argo didn't make it. It is times like these when we need to refect on the important issues of life. My son was in an car accident in July 2001. He didn't make it. But he knew that the most important thing about life is the "dash" between our birth and our death. Again I am glad that you will be ok. Live long and prosper in the right way.

Glad you made it out. Thank GOD you weren't driving a S-10. These trucks I explain to my girlfriend all the time when she is driving mine that can drive thru something if she hits it. When it comes to drunk driving...I dont feel sorry for the other guy. He could have killed you. Get well soon dude.

Re: just totaled my 69 and almost totaled me

sry about your truck , and glad you made it through. this really hits home for me as i just lost a fellow coworker/friend of 10yrs on saturday from a drunk driver. the dd failed to pull over for police and a high speed pursuit went on for a while and the cops backed off, the guy ditched the cops, my buddy was at a traffic light on his way home from work to his family, when he was t-boned at estimated speed of over 1oomph. nedless to say he didnt have a chance, another coworker was with him and is in critical condition not looking good, and the dd died sunday from injuries sustained in the accident, the dd was 21 or 22 and his really bad choice just tore apart 3 familys. its a shame that this type of thing is just ganna continue to happen again and again. best of luck to a healthy recovery.

Re: just totaled my 69 and almost totaled me

you made it because you were in a tank. if you were in a little honda or sumthn. you would probably would have been a gonner. sorry to hear about that. im glad you made it, its harsh to say it but drunk drivers useually get what they deserve. ive slept in a back seat and truck bed many a night. its one thing to risk ones own life but moms drive their kids on those streets too. take care dude.
