bench seat

Are the springs in the bottom drivers side repairable on a 1969 bench seat? I have several broke and wanted to salvage the seat if possible.

Re: bench seat

Can I buy parts or will I need to weld them? I want to salvage this seat if possible.

Re: bench seat

You can't weld seat springs they'll just bend or break again they need to be replaced . I have everything to restore your seat but you'll need to post pictures of what's broken .

Re: bench seat

I have attached three pictures of the drivers side seat springs. As you can tell I need six main springs and all the springs that support the corner.

Re: bench seat

Actually there are three kinds of people here in Georgia - those who understand numbers and those who don't.
