Yeah I guess that was dumb. I just didn't want to burdon people with my lack of picture knowledge lol. Since everyone is looking anyways can some one tell me why I have all that white below the pic?

If you scanned the picture, then that white part is the section the scanner scanned, even though there was nothing to scan there.

In other words, your scanner may have scanned an 8.5 by 11 section, even though your picture took up less space than that.


Hope that makes sense.

don't do it

694x4 , forget the Walmart camera.It takes poor quality pics and will kill the batteries before the floppy disk is full.I bought one and returned it 2 days later.I bought a sony off ebay that sells new for $450 for $188 .It takes awesome pics,has rechargable battery & charger ,uses floppy disc that slide right into computer for down loading.I can't wait for it to get here as I've been using my brother inlaws that is the exact same model.

Hey thanks for the help guys. I had the pics scanned and I don't have resizing software so I was trying to figure out a way to get the size down enough to post. Do digital cams come with some software that will resize?

what model is it. I was looking at the fd100 i think. Let me know how it works I am willing to spend the money to get something that works good.

I will find out tomorrow.The one I bought at wal-mart was a $100 christmas sale item.I went to my brother inlaw because he is a computer repairman and knows his stuff. He explained the differances in them and found the one off ebay for me.
