Ac heater core box question
I have a 67 heater core box with 2 of these doors on the bottom and a 71 with only 1 of them on the bottom. Are these just for added floor heat or are they for something else? Also did the heater core have a gasket from the factory where it sits against the inside of the box?

I think those are for access to electrics inside.
