Re: Rally wheel guys...

Although I no longer have the Ralleys (in storage), they were wrapped with 275/60/15 BF Goodrich and the suspension is stock. Hope this helps--Killer!

Killer, Is that the stock ride height? I have a set of Rally's and am looking for a good tire size and I really like the look of yours. Any clearance problems?

Boy we could have fun with this one but I will be good

By collored he means painted to match the body color. They come painted grey from the factory and adding body color is just another option.
And yes I to never get tired of seeing that truck as well.

My 71 (slow build) is getting that family of two tone color and my 70 (Low Buck) is getting the same ralley set up but 7" up front with 8" in the rear.

Slow Build has 17x11 in the rear and 17x8 up front and Low Buck in this pic has 15x8 on all fours.
Slow Build is some were around a 12/14 drop and Low Buck is a 4.5/7 drop.

Re: Rally wheel guys...

I've got alot of ideas going through my head now! Anyone else want to add? These trucks sure are beautiful...

I'll be doing Rokcrln's low buck axle flip on the back along with 2.5" drop spindles and 1 inch springs up front. Is there a limit to what tire size I can go with on a 8" rally before I rub badly?

Re: Rally wheel guys...

1970 GMC, stock suspension. No picture here at work. I am running 8X15 rally wheels with 31x10.5x15 tires. No issues. 32's would most likely work, but 33's might be pushing it a bit too far, but Iwant find out.

Yea, yea, I know, You're suposed to lower them, not raise them.
