Re: What Body Filler/Glazing Putty

I prefer "Rage" products. I don't usually use glazing putty anymore. Trevor

I use Evercoat Easy Sand finishing and glazing putty for minor body work such as weld and grinding marks. For larger area's I use Rage Gold

Re: What Body Filler/Glazing Putty

Rage is well worth the cost for the time saved sanding.
Rage gold extreme is thinner, kind of runny almost. it's self leveling and good for a thin skim coat. if you need to build any kind of shape, the regular rage gold has the thicker constancy that you'd be looking for.
I still do use a few other products like z-grip or lite-weight.

Also I like a product like slick sand or featherfill for the primer. very high build, sands like chalk, and there's usually very few pinholes to fill.

for glazing putty(if you need it) look for dolphin glaze, I love the stuff.

Do these products work on fiberglass. I am reworking my hard top.
