August 2021 ToTM
The theme for August’s Truck of the Month contest is.
Backpack! A little different, but this month’s theme is what do we pull or haul with our trucks to enjoy our summer. So, to see what it takes to be a nominee this month, the truck will need to meet these criteria:
You or someone else may nominate the vehicle. The nominee must be a board member and the current owner of the truck. Once you decide on who you wish to nominate, just add your nomination to this thread. We will need two pictures minimum with at least one full view of the vehicle and one of the truck pulling/hauling/towing stuff. In addition, we will need the owner’s board name and the Make/Model/Year of vehicle. Nominations will run through July 24. The first 15 nominees that meet the criteria will participate in the contest We will need two pictures minimum (at least one full view of the vehicle) with/for the nomination as well as the owner’s board name, the Make/Model/Year of vehicle. I will PM the nominees to get any additional data or pictures if they have not already been provided. If the owner has a preferred picture they want used in the contest, please let me know in a PM. You can PM me for an e-mail address in case anyone has problems resizing the pictures for the board. A Poll Thread will be set up July 25 in this board area and an announcement will be posted on the Discussion Boards to notify all that voting has begun. The Poll will run thru the morning of August 1 and the official announcement of the winner will be on the evening of August 1. The announcement of the TOTM winner will be posted through the General Discussion Board area.

Re: August 2021 ToTM
Does getting parts for your truck and moving furniture count?
The most recent enjoyment is a swap meet trailer!

My 67 pulling my 67 Shasta Airflyte. Since my truck is bagged, had to lower the trailer with a flip kit. And when someone is giving away a piano for free, grab the trailer and go get it. Play us a song Mr. Piano Man Finally, yes I do have a hidden hitch

Re: August 2021 ToTM
Blue and gold . Took the anniversary down to the car wash to power wash the motor. And a shake down of blue . I’ll hopefully have both at the Carlisle truck show next month. This is when I got back was already done taking the straps off before I realized I had to document the event
