Rear disc brackets...

I have a '72 C20 with the Eaton HO52. I have searched and searched this site, but still can't seem to find what I need.

Has anyone out there made their own brackets for a rear disc setup on this axel? If so, what discs and calipers did you use? I have access to a waterjet so I can cut out the brackets easily and professionally. I just need some dimensions and what components will work together.

I'm on a limited budget and would rather convert the brakes than throw parts at non-working drums.

Thanks

Re: Rear disc brackets...

glock35ipsc makes brackets to allow the use of Impala, and Camaro rear calipers (late 90's)

I'm not sure about the eaton rear, but you should contact him, and he could answer any questions you have

Re: Rear disc brackets...

I feel your pain, Eaton rear ends are strong but the parts are expensive, converting now would be a great idea. Keep us posted and good luck
