Got money to spend, but on what?

Getting ready to do some extensive rust repair work, and was wondering what tool could i receive the most benefit from. I am trying to stick to a $300 budget. I already have a many standard mechanics tools, mig welder, air tools, compressor, hammer /dolly set, hand tools, bench vice, and access to a torch set. Of course this tool does not need to be limited to something for rust repair. My skills set has 20+ years of experience, but are not mastered to a specific discipline. I am working out of a 2 car garage, and 1 bay is consumed with my daily driver, which goes outside when i want to play. So the question is what should i buy? Thanks for all the responses.

Sounds like you have everything you would need. One thing I bought that was helpful when I messed up a gap and I was welding sheet metal is this:
Amazon.com: Durston Manufacturing Co MPWT... Amazon.com: Durston Manufacturing Co MPWT...Its magnetic so it will stay in place and can provide a bit of backing to help fill in the gap and not worry (as much) about warpage.

Some thoughts...
Magnets for holding panels in place.
Spot weld cutter.
Good quality hole saw set.
Table top belt sander. Place it on something portable to be close to your work area. Really handy for that last bit of finessing.
Paint gun for spotting primer.
Consumables like cut off wheels, flap disks, ear plugs, welding wire, gas.

Re: Got money to spend, but on what?

Excellent suggestions. Patch panels and consumables i did not include in the budget, as i feel these are required for anything. Can always use more magnets, or better yet if i could grow just one extra arm, that would be best. However, a disk / belt sander could be very helpful. Have not have any experience with spot weld cutters, so any suggestions on which work best would be appreciated. How about a drill doctor, or would i also be better off to buy a bench grinder? How about the Eastwood 8" bench shear? Kinda thinking that between the disk / belt sander and a bench grinder, these two should give me the most versatility. I forgot to mention that these items will mainly be used with my wife, while working on her 64 nova. The only work left on my truck is front fender corners. Any other thoughts?

A bench grinder is a must have though a belt sander does replace some functions of the bench grinder. A Drill Dr would be handy too though I don't have one.

Here is a spot weld cutter. Amazon.com: Blair 11096 Cutter Set: Automotive Amazon.com: Blair 11096 Cutter Set: Automotive
