Question Help - Cardboard in-cab tank cover install

Hi all, Could someone explain to me how this crappy thing is supposed to fit in the cab.
How does this thing attach or does it just sit there looking like crap. Where are those three tabs on top supposed to go

Also, I want to use the carpetted tank cover, and I was wondering if this cover comes pre-molded to a new piece of cardboard or do I have to use this cover shown in the pic.

Any recomendations as to who sells the best quality cover?

Thanks,

demi

Those tabs fold over the top of the tank and tuck between the tank and the cab. As far as the carpet, order it from the same company and dye batch as your carpet so that the colors match. Not a big deal for a tank cover since its behind the seat. I've got a blue truck also and there are differences in shades from different dye batches. I want to carpet my kick panels and I can't find a good match for my floor carpet.

Thanks for the help 71Shortbed. I thought the tabs just folded over but wasn't sure.

The carpet for the floor and tank is a moulded carpet and you don't use the cardboard.

If I don't move the tank to under the bed, I'm just going to have it painted to match the truck and be done with it.
