stock vortec springs??

Wanting hoe much are they good for.... I am looking at putting the vodoo 60101 in my motor. They should be OK for that little lift right....?

They could probably handle the gross valve lift, but I wouldn't trust them to control the valve with the more aggressive profile of anything aftermarket.....

Springs should always be matched to the cam. Stock springs arent built for a cam that aggressive.

At least up grade to the Z28 replica . I agree with 981's . You need valve springs .

Yeah I saw a website where a guy used the 981 beehives like I am going to but he had a tool that pulled the stuffs out and he used the same tool too guide the tap and tapped the hole for screw in studs.....anyone know of the tool so I can buy one. And I will be set..... but I am buying the 981 springs and running a zz9 cam

i dont think you need the beehives for this motor... just unneeded cost.
