New to the forum and my first project

Hello,

I recently purchased my first project truck and I'm pretty excited to get started. It's a 1975 GMC 454 big block truck. My plan it to rebuild it and make it into a weekend driver. I'm not in a hurry and will work on it as time and money allow. I've been reading a lot on here to get ideas and gain knowledge.

The truck is currently painted the opposite of the way it came from the factory. Not really sure why someone would have done that. My plan is to put it back the way the factory made it. It came with the "deluxe" two tone paint scheme. Would that have meant the cab top would have been white as well as the strip down the middle or would the cab have been blue also? It was originally Hawaiian blue and white.
