How to remove Valve cover internals
I am replacing my valve covers and would like to reuse the cartridge looking metal things. They seem to hold the PCV and breather grommets. Is this possible, if so how? Thanks

No can do!!
Spotwelded into place. THey're actually called baffles or oil seporaters. Designed to keep the oil in the cover and only allow the vapor to escape with the pcv. Thanks. I discovered mine were cracked while installing intake. A friend of mine gave me these, shined up pretty nice.

I have seen self tapping screws and high temp locktite suggested before.
