When I bought my truck, it came with two solid, origianal doors. The only problem is that they have holes for molding in them, and I'm going with the smooth look. I know that in general, crap off of eBay is crap, but I've been wondering if just buying a couple of these would be more economical than trying to patch the origianal ones. Bodywork is one area that I won't touch, nor have the desire to touch, so any help would be a big help.

If they are solid doors and dont require much body work you will be ALOT farther ahead than buying repops. They dont line up ive seen and they also require bodywork.,

Weld the holes up and roll with the oem doors.There`s alot of work in assembling a door from a shell that many fail to consider.Also,as Kelsfine69 said,the fit and gauge of the repops lacks.

Moulding is coming off of my truck. Holes are being filled. Ain't no biggee.

Keep the old ones. I put the *new* doors on my truck. If I ever get a chance, I'm going to be repairing the originals and putting them back on the truck.

Go with the original. My passenger door was pretty bad and I thought about buying a new one. I was able to find an original off a parts truck around here in decent shape. Like everyone else has said, they will fit much better.
