The Burb frame is longer, (same wheel base) and the frame mounts for the body are different. Although you probably could do it, it is probably not a good idea.

Wheelbase is same as long bed trucks (8-ft bed), at 127 inches. However, the overall lengths of the frames differ. The LWB truck frame, at the rails, is 199.24 inches, while the Suburban (Body series CE/CS 109XX) is 211.80 inches. The difference is 12.56 inches. I am assuming this extra material is found at the rear of the chassis to accomodate the gas tank placement. This info from April 1, 1969 Frame Specifications for 1969 Truck Data Book. All other aspects of frame rail design, as in type of steel, side rail dimensions, yield strength of material and width over rails is the same for both LWB pickup chassis and Suburban chassis

Differences are the three box mount brackets on the top of the frame would have to be replaced with the suburban mounts .... the rear cab support from a truck frame would have to be replaced with the sub rear cab support. And add the 12 or so inches onto the back of the frame... I have done truck onto suburban frames, chopped off back and it works fine. I don't see why the reverse wouldnt work.
