Angry cracked crankshaft

this is my latest problem in my string of destruction, after breaking an axle first time out, now this. got it back together from the axle incident with new moser custom alloy axles, bought a new 750 double pumper, put on a fuel log and 1/2" line from the regulator to the log. took it for about a 2 mile ride by my house and heard it start making noise, threw it in nuetral and wathced the oil pressure drop to about 10 lbs!!!!. took the motor out and the guy that built it took it apart and found the crank is cracked, oh well i guess its gettin a scat 9000 crank and a solid cam while its out. think the solid will make a big difference??? Thanks, Devin
