JUST GOT Drivers Licence!

I JUST got my licence 2 days ago.

My dad gave me his truck, that ME and him built,.....

..now i know what he means, that "if i build it, ill take MORE care of it " cause i dont act stupid and CRAP,

i put airbags on the back, and C-notch recently (sorry no pics)

Wish i had something like that when I got my license....I got a minivan which I still drive to this day .

Good luck, have fun, and be safe!

Oh and don't do burnouts in parking lots while cops are around !!!

Keep your foot out of the gas I wrecked my dad's '72 C-10 when I was 16.....that he was going to give to me. Instead of a nice truck I ended up driving a 'vette....a chevette.

Very nice truck, sounds like you've got a great dad.

that's one helluva nice first vehice. You probably have one of the nicest ones at your school. I was fortunate enough to have a nice classic in High School, a 71 Cutlass, and it was one of the nicer cars there too. Now don't come around my area with your new liscence. Hah!

I gave my daughter a car when she was 16, but it was tied to grades. A "B" average and you keep the car, drop below, we park it. Two report cards below and it's gone. She had been failing everything when we first came up with this rule and it worked great till the second half of her senior year, she tested me and lost. The day after the second C- report card hit, I hopped in her car, drove it to my office, parked it out front with a sign in the window and sold it by noon. Man, she cried that night! Learn from this! You've got a great looking truck!

That is one heck of a nice ride! I had to work to buy & build my first ride - '70 Challenger RT. Treat it with care and don't wreck it showing off to the hottie at school.

I don't think he did, if you look the pics must have been taken at different times, in one it has peep mirrors in others the sport mirrors. Must have changed them at some point
