snap on scanner mt2500

does any one know if they make the chips for the newer gm ford and dodge up to say 2010? and where to get them? i got one cheap with all the attachments but need to go up to at least 07 for the wifes car. thanks mike

Snap-on quit supporting the mt2500 many years ago, so no, you wont be able to get cartridges that new.

I have been know to lie to the red brick by telling it I am working on something older that it supports. if all you need is generic data or codes it is fine. but if you need manufacturer specific data then you need to upgrade. I highly recommend the Solus Ultra. it is very nice to watch data in a waveform. I tried all the others and got real frustrated with slow speed and/or complicated functions
