I've seen a replacement ashtray that's actually a cup holder. If anyone knows who sales it please let me know.

I don't think the center of a cupholder console is for an ashtray.

I believe he's talking about the pull out ashtray on the dash. And there are a couple of people that make and sell them...Unfortunatly Im drawing a blank right now =(

I bought one and they don't work real well. work fine for cans but paper cups tend to fall over when you go around corners.

what about getting an extra stock ashtray and modding your own.?
just a thought , I have not done it either so it is just a thought,....price would be right/cheap.

With the suspension under this truck I don't think it sways much.

I think someone used a different cupholder out of the junkyard. I think they modded the the ashtray to use it. I think the audi a4 has a cupholder that the comes out of the dash if I remember correctly. I think someone also mounted a cupholder from an 88-98 chevy truck under the dash. Someone else also installed a cupholder from wally world on the front of the bench seat. It actually looked really good. Do a search, you can probably find the threads.

The paddock from IN has the cup holder in diffent colors and it gos in where the ashtray is

I got mine from Wes when they first came out. As mentioned they work well for cans, but cups aren't the greatest. Even with that issue, they are much more useful than an ashtray.
