Will this fix my ticking noise?

Hey everyone. In my 72 gmc c1500 lwb, I have a 350 with hooker super comps, gm alumimum intake, q jet, hei and all else stock. At idle, there is what sounds like a lifter tick coming from passenger side wit around number 8 cylinder. I adjusted all valves, tick is still there. When I raise rpms, it goes away. When it drops back to idle, it ticks. Im thinking.....imcreased oil pressure when raising rpms it forcing more oil through a bad lifter? If I replaced the lifter on that side of the engine, should it fix my tick? Also, the engine runs very very good and has a lot of power
