GM Rivets

Does anyone know if you need a special rivot gun to install factory rivots?

Hi Joe
I like 69 Camaros, but not restoring one. But I am restoring a 71 Chevy pickup that I took the VIN Tag off of to paint behind. It probably does sound suspicious if you think about it.

I just thought it was funny

I think the rivets you are referring to are 'rose' or something like that. Not sure if they are reproduced legally.

you may have to get a letter from the state highway patrol verifing the vin tag goes with this vehicle now
