'67 C50: Anyone wanna help me give 'er a tune up?(lights, oils, etc)

This truck is now officially on the road, got it registered and insured. Here's a list of things I'd like to do immediately or soon.

--Transmission oil-I'm not even sure what it is, it's a huge 4-spd. I think someone said on this forum it would be "SM465" or something like that. What kind of oil would it take and how much?

--Any help on checking the rear end oil? Not very well educated on this.

--Headlamps seem not to work, but the running lights do. The fuse panel lists fuses for everything known to man, even stuff that this truck doesn't have(A/C, backup lamps, "park dome"??? ), but there doesn't appear to be a fuse for headlights, am I not seeing it?

This is another thing I don't understand: Why does my fuse panel have wires and plugs coming out of it's face, it looks factory....but I have never seen anything like it, and the wiring diagram shows nothing of the sort.....what are those wires for!?!?!?

Thank you all very much for any help or advice.
