how to remove steering bearing

i have the steering wheel off,and i can see the bearing, but the turn signal canceller off,i also remove the 3 screws from it,its seem to be stuck on the right side.i think the harard button is holding it up.also is it a special bearing i have to order or can it be bought at a hardware store.

pull the hazard switch button, then the signal switcg should pull up, is the bearing bad? you can pick up the bearing from the dealer, and I belive the newer coulum bearings will work in the older coulums. also make sure there is a tapered race for the top of that bearing. if you got a camera post a picture of the parts you have, you may have parts missing if the shaft is loose.

If it is not a tilt wheel the hazard button does not have to come off. Make sure the button is in and then tip the switch and work it out.
