steel wheels id

picked up a set of 6 lug steel wheels with clips and im unsure if these are factory wheels,...they are 15x5 1/2 kelsey hays

found a factory sticker on the inside

I've got five of them in my garage that came on my 65 (and are not correct for that year). They were used on the early 60s trucks (not sure about pre-60).
