Light Duty Hitch

Does anyone know where (or have) the original type hitches that bolted onto the license plate area (had like a c-shaped strap) and the draw bar bolted to the cross member can be had? These were light duty hitches, probably good for 2000 lbs pull. I'd like to get a couple of them and don't want to install a class IV type as I will only pull a small antique boat to shows with it.
