What kind of parts you looking for. I have 5 of this trucks plus some cabs.I also know were theres more setting. I got a line on a 72 shortbed rolling 4x4 frame and some parts tonight. i might be able to help. There one yard here that had all kinds of 67-72 parts but he sold out all his old stock and just deals in the newer parts now.

The problem around here in central Illinois is the salt. I've been looking for some doors for my 72 burb and my 63 C-10 with no luck ever.

Re: Any Pick N pull In Illinois
I know it is a big drive for most of you guys but there is Bryant's Auto Parts in Danville ILL. Every now and then one of our trucks or a car come up with a few decent parts. But south of me there is junk yard that I believe has never crushed in the 30 years of being in business. There is about 30 or more of our trucks in there. But of course some of them have been there for a while. He still pulls old vehicles in though. It is about 5 miles North of Terre Haute Indiana called Elliots Salvage Yard. I make it down there about 3 or 4 times a year. I have been frequenting there since 1990 and the vehicles I have pulled parts from are still there.

OhNoJoe! I ran a delivery route in Bloom for about 7 years, I know where there's 2 burbs sitting at. I'm not for sure if there for sale, and they have been there for a long time! You might be able to get some parts off them. If your interested pm me and i'll give you more info. oldno7 Springfield Il.

Re: Any Pick N pull In Illinois
Most of the yards around here are pretty much picked over. You could try Ron Bauers in East Peoria or Callear's in Peoria, They deal in old stuff.
What are You looking for? I know of a couple of guys with at least 20 old trucks between them. Your a couple years late for the best junkyard in Central Illinois, Harmons in Spring Bay. He had thousands of old cars. lots of trucks. The state boys shut him down and crushed them all just because He didnt have titles for most of them.
