I think there are ghost flames on that truck too! Very nice, he should be proud of the job done on it, and that he is risking his life for our freedom!

Hello everyone......
Yup it's me. I came across the web site for the rear disc kit on this board. I think it was "drink"...anyway thanks to who ever pointed me to the link. I have ordered the kit with a few extras and could not be happier.
I am supporting forces near the Afghan border. Been out this way for 2 years. Been a member of this board (THE BEST DAMN BOARD.....PERIOD!!!) for about 3 years (I think). I am flattered, humbled, and very proud to be contributing to the efforts out here. Everyone's comments on the truck (named THERAPY) are a pure joy to read. When I can, I turn wrenches on it every chance I get. The only areas not completed by me or my buddy Demmit Hemmit's 65 is the paint/body, and the bench seat. I think I will pull the rear window louvers to clean up the rest of the back....thanks for everyone's inputs. .......and thanks to everyone again for the comments. Doing what I can out this way........JK

WOW. That is one sweet truck. Did you buy that tonneau cover or is it custom made?

Thanks!! The cover is a home made custom piece. Plywood, resin, feather-fill, paint, clear. Traced from the inside and trimmed to fit. Heavy as all you know what. Doesn't lift or anything, just lays there.

I'm glad your happy to see your truck on here. I know when I deployed, little things like this board were great to have as a slight getaway from the busy 12-14 hour shifts..
Thank you for dealing with us and what your doing over there.. I'll probaly be back in the ball game in December for a 120 day commitment..to A place in old russia

lngbed 71, first thank you for your sacrifices for us back here, and anyone else serving in the military. You have my utmost respect. Now, I remember when your truck was posted before because I remember the comments on the white engine. I think your truck is basa##!
