Re: One Piece Outer Floor Sections

Gonna require some modification at the rear door for the Blazer, but the only way to correctly fix the rust. The bad part is how many pieces are spot welded to this part. Thank god they need fixed as well.

Re: One Piece Outer Floor Sections

its the inner rocker and floor edge by the door weatherstriping. this will be much nicer then having to piece the front and rear together.

Re: One Piece Outer Floor Sections

This is the COMPLETE outer floor and inner rocker. Way better than POS flat panel that has been sold for the inner rocker repair panel for years. I will have pics of the installation of this part in my sheetmetal repair thread in the blazer forum

Thanks for jumping in with the explanation...we're out here cleaning for the open house Saturday. You wouldn't believe how much fine black dirt can build up where it looks clean

The sample is supposed to ship the 20th. After test fit the first production run should be done and then they'll ship.

Re: One Piece Outer Floor Sections

Can we see a few shots of one other than the one posted?

I would like to see the piece from a few angles if that is possible.

Thanks.

Re: One Piece Outer Floor Sections

Yes. It is as thick as stock and maybe a little thicker but I did not gage it. As fare as fixing the other one I will ask the supervisor!! I can take a few more pic's when the sun is at a different angle if any one wants to see more.

Re: One Piece Outer Floor Sections

I will have to go measure the holes in my floor to see if this will cover the optional pavement viewing area.

About how many inches does it cover from the edge of the rocker to the end of the new patch panel?
