Hello guys first time post so dont flame me too hard... I have a 70 C10 SWB and came across a 72 C20 cab. Can I swap the 72 c20 cab on my 70 c10? Are the mounts different?

Welcome! Frames are different, cabs are the same. You will have no problem swapping.

you'll notice the throttle linkage is not the same.
Use the rubber cab mounts that are used on your truck, not the donor truck.
