Need Bed Info ?

I like the looks of the wood bed in a fleet side does anyone know what it takes to covert a steel floor to a wood floor, is the fleet sides , front bed panel , and the inner bed wheel fenders the same on a short bed with steel floor and wood floor and has any one made theese changes and how hard was it . Any info would be helpfull

Look in LMC's catalog. The exploded views show everything you'd need. I think you'd mostly be looking at cross sills, wood and hardware

Thank you very much didnt think about that just got a little scared because i seen someone post a bed front panel for fleetside wood bed didnt want for a project im starting turn bad

You can buy a panel to put on the front bed panel to change it to a wood front panel everything else is the same. My 68 GMC long bed was a wood floor and I will be using the stuff from it to make the short bed up I have other sides to use the only diff there will be leaving out one of the cross sills. Jim
