Fs: Chevy Swb Frame (il)
For sale: Chevy 2wd shortbed rolling frame w/drum brakes. It's in good shape, only light surface rust with all crossmembers. But it has been tweaked at the front bumper horns, would be an easy fix for a frame shop. I'm asking $75. Thank's Jason.

Rearend is a 12 bolt with 3.73 and seams to have a locker. But I haven't removed the cover to verify. Rearend ought to be worth $75 by it's self. Thank's again Jason.

put a jack under the rear and spin the wheels. if they both spin the same direction it's a locker. a second person holding the other wheel will help make sure its a locker and not just a frose up open rear.
ondrew p.s. good luck there are lots of people looking for short bed frames and even if it just ends up being parts it's still well worth it. |

Thank's Ondrew. I did that and I'm petty sure it's got a locker. I don't know if people are reluctant because the front horns are bent. I think a shop with a frame machine can fix the horns very reasonably. I'd sell rear end seperate, but perfer to sell it the way it is. Thank's Jason.

How are the rear trailing arms?
I'm interested if they're in good shape. -JJ

Wasted Income - I know one is good and one needs replaced. I think drivers side is the good one. Thank's Jason.
