WIW 1970 shell - no engine/no trans - 402 BB, A/C Cab - NW Ohio

I found a 1970 LWB 402 BB truck shell with no motor or trans (rolling chassis).

I have personally seen the truck (front clip is not on it), but comes with it and it has only minor rust in the outer rockers and a bit on the cab supports.

I crawled under it (it is garaged stored) and the inner rockers and floor are SOLID.

Here is what it has-

Clear Title - 1970 LWB
Originally a 402 BB truck
Automatic
Factory A/C was rebuilt by PO
Factory Tilt still in it
Solid floors - new carpet
Bed and tailgate are straight and solid
Comes with Stewart Warner gauge package
Outer Rockers have some minor rust - does not appear that bad
Doors open easy/close easy
Inner rockers/floors appear to be original

Let me know what you think this is worth.

If I decide not to buy it - I can pass on the information to anybody who is interested.

Thanks!
