74 c30 wheel question

Hey guys, I have swapped the front and rear end out of a 74 c30 into my 69 c30 and i have some wheel questions. The 74 came with two piece wheels and were hub piloted. I picked up some 16" wheels with the correct 4.5" center to use on the rear. The lug holes being a little bigger shouldn't be a problem will it since i'm using the original lug nuts that have the washer built into them? And on the front it had 16.5 that didn't have the typical dually dish to them and they had tapered lug nuts on them. Right now I have a set of dodge front wheels on it with tapered lug nuts. These should be ok right?
