Help with motor size on my 62 V6 ?

I just picked up this 62 v6 yep v6 this thing is running great but have no clue what size motor it has . Any one have any idea where I can find out ? Thanks all. Soon this will be as low as I can go with out bags.

I don't know about 62's but my 63 has a plate on the driver side kick panel with the motor info. The most common V6 in this era GMC's was the 305.

The 351 V6 wasn't available until the '66 model year, so most likely a 305 if it's original.

As stated, there should be a plate the driver's side kick panel with the information. If not, it's on the front of the block. The 6066 GMC site will tell you anything you want to know (about the GMC V6, tread lightly if you want to stray from the V6)
