Looking for vendor selling shift lever & other column parts

Have a '69 C20/TH400 with non-tilt column/column shift. Was shifting into 'park' yesterday, and when I pulled the shift lever toward me so it could slide into position, the ball on the end (inside the column end) broke off completely (see pic). I'm sure this is nothing new, but I'm having trouble finding someone that sells another shift lever for this sucker. I am using a screwdriver right now, but would like to order a new lever today so that I can put the screwdriver back into my toolbox where it belongs Anyone recommend a vendor? I also would like to replace the bearing that sits just inside of the steering wheel, as well as the rubber o-ring and plastic cap that sit around the main shaft inside of the housing (housing that houses the blinker mechanism/etc.). Any input would be much appreciated!
