72 caliper trouble???

So I've got her running, and have everything else done on the truck. So I go to bleed the front brakes cuz it's the last thing I need to do, and I can't get the damn bleeder screw out. It's rusted shut. So I go down to Kragen's and get 2 new calipers. Turns out the end of the flexible hose to the caliper has a square end on the original one. The new calipers have round end fittings. So I'm just curious, because I'm out of money because I was expecting it to be the same, does anyone know where I can get the original style calipers online? The hoses are perfectly good so It's kind of frustrating that they changed it like that.
