Re: Magnaflow exhaust

I have Magnaflows on "GQ"

I can post a sound clip but keep in mind a few things, it was in the
garage and I was outside, I have very short tailpipes because it is
dumped in front of the rear wheels, and no tips (Tips add to tone)

Oh yea, I also have around 450HP

The Magnaflow system does not fit my 3/4 ton leafspring truck.

Well if you dont mind your truck being loud in the cab you could have the exhaust dumb just after the cab about 1 1/2 foot back. I dont like the look of exhaust pipes hanging out so thats how i have mine. Its a very loud ride and hard to talk to someone in the cab but hey its a small price to pay for a bad ass sounding truck.

I like them LOUD! IMO

Re: Magnaflow exhaust

I bought the 3" Magnaflow universal kit from Summit. A little more welding and fitting but it works great on my 69 GMC swb with the rear tank and rear leafs just fine.
