1962 C10 REAR END LOCKED UP (Only one side)

My 62' was in a flood up to the floor last week. I drove it to make sure it was ok and then it sat for a few days. Today I got in it and the right rear wheel is locked up. The left wheel spins though. I know nothing about rear ends, does anyone know how bad this sounds and if there are any quick fixes?

Could be just brakes locked on that side. Pull the wheel and drum

Thanks Clyde, it was the brakes and they broke free. Changed the trans fluid and gear oil in the rear diff. Tomorrow I'll change the oil and do the brakes.
