906 Vortec Heads with Intake and Holley Carb?

I have a 327 that I can sell the shortblock to a friend, he doesn't want the Topend. The heads have around 600 miles and are complete with rockers and pushrods. I have a Jeg's intake and 670 Holley with air cleaner. I'm getting ready for a swapmeet next week and need a fair price to start at. I haven't taken them off motor yet,I'm keeping dizzy for my 350
