85 K5 to 89 Burb...differences?

I'm looking at pulling the front& rear axles and steering components out of an 85 K5 to put under my 89 Burb...(the reason being that my 89 burb orginally came from NJ..and everything underneath is rusted..BAD!)

So on to my question...would that pretty much be a bolt in swap? Are all the components the same between those years/bodies?

thanks..
