Re: Pulstar Plugs?? 1,000,000 watts!!

Looks like they're using an induction circuit to increase the "signal" that creates the spark. It's an interesting idea but I am not sure of the durability of the device. They may call it a pulsing unit, but it still takes the voltage from the coil, or coil-pack, and causes a spark to ignite the fuel/air charge in the cylinder.

I guess it will be up to someone on Speed Channel or DIY to sort it out for us. I think a good old heads-up comparison is in order, but I don't have anything worthy or any means to do a scientific comparison.

If there's a way to convince some gearhead that there's a better way to spend money on an engine, there's gonna be someone out there finding a way to get their dollars.

This setup has been around for years-I have old Automotive digest magazines from the early 1900s and these similiar items were available back then---as was the Turbo venturi for your model T.

Re: Pulstar Plugs?? 1,000,000 watts!!

Looks like Nology plugs. I think Nology went under? Haven't seen much from them in awhile at least in advertising.

I've never found a plug that was a better bang for the buck than a cheap ol' Champion or Autolite plug...or the simple platinum type if so they last forever if taking them out is a PITA.

$25 a plug. LOL!!!!
