2wd vs 4wd exhaust

I found a full dual exhaust for a longbed on CL recently http://portland.craigslist.org/wsc/pts/3297579119.html but it's for a 4wd. I'm wondering what differences it would have past the firewall. Would it kick out around the transfer case, or would it be there anyway because of the header? This is a header thru tailpipe setup, and with my budget I'm looking for deals I can snag that will leave me money for other things.

If this will work on a 2wd longbed, then I'm gonna snag it before someone else does. I'm kinda guessing there may be something different.
