Disk Brake Hoses

I have converted my 68 3/4 truck from a front Dana drum axle to a 78 Dana disk unit. At the same time I installed a 2 1/2 inch lift. The brake hoses for a 72 disc brake setup are way to short (maybe 6 inches). Could someone provide a picture of the hose connected to the caliper and the frame.

Re: Disk Brake Hoses

I'm interested in rubber brake line part numbers that others have used also. My swap is similar, my 70 K5 is getting a Dana 44 from a 78 3/4 ton.
